Our Policies
Our Group
Rainbow International School of Education (RISE) is the brainchild of Sri Rambabu Thotakura, the Chairman of the group. Established in 2010, RISE aims to give a meaningful definition to every student learning in our school. We are an ISO Certified 9001: 2015 organization.
RISE emphasizes experiential learning and employs significant life lessons to learn collaboration and communication apart from subject knowledge to create a better tomorrow.
As today’s knowledge-centric society wants specialized knowledge to solve today’s problems, our tutors impart curricular and extracurricular competitions to make them future assets of industries and the nation at large.
Our philosophy
Our core philosophy is to bring out the uniqueness in every child. We see the future mathematicians, scientists, project heads, writers, athletes, actors, and those who pursue fine arts. We have the vision to create global citizens through pragmatic learning approaches.
We believe that every child’s brain is a storehouse of creative impulses. The way they look at things, learn from the seniors, observe how interactions form worldviews, help them to develop their cognitive skills and be part of today’s value system.
At RISE, we create an environment for the children to learn, grow, and unlock their uniqueness. We help them celebrate their talent, call and blend it with the syllabus.
Senior leadership
We find many traits in leaders. Management gurus profusely defined what composes leadership. At RISE, our management tries to unlock the potential of our students to excel. Our teachers and staff have the vision to lift those who do poorly and motivate those who do well to outperform.
The leadership team comprises:
- Sri Rambabu Thotakura, Chairperson, M.Sc. Applied Statistics
- Sri Gautham Thotakura, CEO
- Smt. Gayathri Thotakura, Correspondent
The leaders have a rich background from diverse industries to give visionary direction to the organization.
Our academic planner focusses on interactive self-studies, mentoring the faculties, and developing the cognitive abilities of the students through academics and extracurricular activities.
